How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who contacts Cestudent Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Cestudent Tree Service
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They own their quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said and agreed.

Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Cestudent Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@cestudent.skin. Please include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened, and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
